The Company (\u201cZota\u201d) may terminate the Services immediately if the Customer breaches any of its obligations under these Terms.<\/p>\n Help<\/strong>: The Subscriber may receive help and Program information by texting \u201cHELP<\/strong>\u201d to short code 68291 or 70482, by calling 888-268-2918<\/a> or send an email to support@zota.us<\/a><\/p>\n Governing Law<\/b>: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, understandings and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n Amendments: <\/b>The Company (\u201cZota\u201d) may amend these Terms from time to time. The Customer will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms if it continues to use the Services after the date on which the amendment is posted on the Company’s website.<\/span><\/p>\n Assignment:<\/b> The Customer may not assign these Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Company (\u201cZota\u201d).
